So despite the weather being less than ideal this weekend, a friend and I decided to check out the new frozen yogurt place in town. I had heard a few people talking about it, and I was really excited to try it out, so rain and all, we headed over to Frogiyo which is right next to the Smiling Moose downtown.
First of all, this place is adorable. The walls are covered in bright, fun colors just perfect for summer. Also, the furniture just gives off this great backyard vibe. It’s not a super big place, but there’s plenty of seating. It’s a very laidback place where you get quite a bit of control.
When we went in, we opted for the $5 all you can eat. You get a bowl and you can head up as many times as you want to fill it with your choice of fro-yo and toppings. Otherwise, you can get a bowl/waffle cone with one trip or a bowl with two trips up. Right now, they have a total of 6 flavors set up at 3 stations. The really cool thing is that they are paired off, so you can get a swirl of the two flavors. I was certainly not disappointed and I can’t wait for some better summer weather to visit this place again.
