Even though today wasn’t the nicest as the afternoon wore on, we’re definitely gearing up for what’s going to be a great spring/summer in Eau Claire. With great weather comes the need to be outside and Carson Park is one of the best places to spend an entire day out just enjoying the sunshine.
Anyone can find something to do here. It’s great for family outings, get togethers with friends or just a nice relaxing walk by yourself or with a pet. There are a number of playgrounds all throughout the park which kids just adore. I even have a hard time resisting running around them at least once. Not to mention all the great awning areas for picnics. Plus, there are tracks that run around the whole area so you can go biking, rollerblading, running or walking.
Also, Carson Park is home to the Eau Claire Express. So if you’re a baseball fan, Carson Park is definitely a place for you. It really is a place in Eau Claire that screams summer and there’s no way you can miss out this year.
